This policy explains what MBS collects and how it is used. We aim to collect only what the event experience needs.
Account details (name, email), the profile information you provide (title, company, bio, interests, photo), and activity within the event (connections, messages, bookmarks, meetings, leads you capture).
To power networking: showing your profile to other attendees, matching you with relevant people, and syncing your data across your devices. Your private notes are visible only to you.
Adjust visibility, notifications and data sharing under Settings - Privacy. You can export or delete your data there at any time.
We do not sell your data. Contact details are shared with another attendee only when you connect or explicitly share them (for example, allowing a sponsor scan).
Event data is retained for the event and a reasonable follow-up window, then removed or anonymized.
