By creating an account and joining MBS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Speaker and sponsor profiles may be claimed by the named individual or their authorized representative.
Use MBS to network and engage with the event. Do not harass other attendees, scrape data, send spam, or attempt to access accounts or systems you are not authorized to use.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Anything hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable is prohibited, as is any abusive use of profiles, messages or notes.
You can report any attendee or conversation from their profile or the message thread, and you can block an attendee at any time, blocking stops their messages reaching you. We review every report and remove offending content and eject the reported user within 24 hours where the report is upheld.
You retain ownership of the profile information, messages and notes you create. You grant MBS a limited license to display that content to other attendees as part of the event experience.
The app is provided "as is" for the duration of the event. Features that depend on third-party services (email, push) may be unavailable without notice.
